About Me

My own fitness journey began at school, not feeling confident with my body or fitness levels. However, with a specific goal in mind (joining the forces), personal determination and with the help of a training partner I was able to take control and overcome those barriers. This experience has hugely informed the way I support others with fitness.

I have 12 years of military experience under my belt, developing my skills and attitudes towards fitness. As a current Physical Training Instructor in the British Army, and former Be Military Fit (BMF) instructor, I am in touch with up-to-date fitness training techniques, and physical development strategies.

​

A friendly, enthusiastic approach to fitness. My sessions are specifically tailored for those who might find exercise difficult to access, for whatever reason. Challenging, but realistic goal setting, with bags full of motivation, encouragement and confidence building. Take control of your fitness!
